Can men take anything to fight man boobs?!
Question: Lose weight through healthy dieting, lots of water consumption, and calorie-burning, cardiovascular exercise (jogging, bike riding, etc). Tone your pectoral muscles with either bench presses (if you have gym access) or push-ups.
If after a week or two of serious commitment to such a plan you don't see any results at all (don't expect to have huge muscular pecs after just a week, though), then I suggest seeing a doctor because the problem may be hormonal.

lyposuction!
well, the reason why some men have "man boobs" is because they have a bit more of a female hormone than what is considered normal. So basically, the reason why some men have "man boobs" is due to a hormone imbalance. If you have a hormone imbalance...well, I dunno lol. I have never heard of men going onto hormonal therapy...but since I am not a guy I do not know. Talk with a doctor and that should help.
You really need to speak with a doctor about this. You may have an underlying problem causing this.
lose weight.
or be proud of your pecs
A weight in each hand. Build up the pecks. No one like SAGGY man boobs. Or Moobs as my stepson says.
