i lived with this problem for 15 years and it really sucked. i would avoid all kinds of situations that required me to take my shirt off and could never wear tight t-shirts. i was always average weight with a good build. i tried everything from loosing tons of weight to going to the gym 7 days a week and nothing made a difference. finally after checking with a doctor and eliminating any medical condition i had surgery to remove the fat. i was 32 and i wish to god i did it at 22. best money i ever spent. if this really bothers u then u should look into early so you can get the most out of life while your young. a lot of people will say don't worry about it or its no big deal. but if it really bothers you constantly than it is a big deal.

Well, the question is if you've tried to rectify it non medically first. You're a healthy weight? You've been working out your chest muscles to build up the muscle tissue under there and reduce the fat? If this hasn't helped, you can check out this site and see if it is at all reassuring for you...
