What should i do to slim down ...im not worryied about how much i weigh?!

about 190 lbs (most is muscle)
i need to noe wat i can do to lose the weight on my chest and lose my love handles n tones my thighs
i can feel all these big muscles underneath my fat... and htat makes me sad because i cant see htem Lmao
so i was wondeirng what kind of workout i sould do?.
cardio?
weights?

at 5'6" and 190, you aren't mostly muscle
diet and exercise, u can exercise to death and it won't do any good without decreasing your intake, you are overweight

According to your height, probably 30-40lbs of your weight is fat. If you really do have them big muscles, you probably already know the basics of exercise. But the best way to burn calories to burn fat is sweat inducing, fast paced exercise, to burn them calories. This means jogging, running, jumprope, fast reps of weights. Sweat is good!
Not to mention the other half; Diet, remember, is especially important. No sweets, no grease, no fast food, no processed food, no chips no soda no no no! (If you already no this, sorry.. it surprises me how many don't)
All natural, all non processed foods. Especially veggies and fruit, Especially! If you really need meat, try to go for fish, such as tuna or salmon. These are still great for you.

Don't sweat the so-called Dr. above. I'm sure you have great muscles just waiting to be discovered. Start running or bicycling to burn calories and lose that fat. Then you should see that great tone develop!
