No change here, about 12 years after.

If you think there is any chance you might change your mind and want kids later, you should look into submitting a sperm sample to be frozen. Vasectomy reversals are not cheap and they are often not successful.

My husband's drive did not change. He had a vasectomy 5 or 6 years ago. Still just as randy as ever. (lol)

maby at first but i dont thing it would

no it didnt change mine either way, i had a vasectomy and a reversal and neither changed my drive.

I had a vasectomy 30 years ago...and probably haven't missed a daily "expenditure" more than 25 days (total) since. I subscribe to the theory don't use it... you loose it. There has also been recent literature about a study that claims 21+ times a month will lower your risk for developing prostate cancer by 33%.

No. The loss of libido is just an urban legend.

Some men claim that it actually increases. Clearly that is just psychological. After all, the worry of pregnancy is gone, so your sexual inhibitions are removed.

Tip: Never take vasectomy advice from anyone who has never had one.

I had mine 20 years ago, next month. I probably have a stronger sex drive than most 19 year olds. I am almost 42.

Vasectomy surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Indian Med Guru Consultants. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients, as all surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of Healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

My cousin got her IVF (in vitro fertilization) treatment; IUI surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results. She is all praise for Indian Med Guru Consultants. She paid just 20% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. Hope this helps
