Technically, at 18 you can have it done yourself if you use your own insurance, or your parents insurance (they'll find out... forms/receipts get sent), or pay with money if you don't have insurance (which can be from a few hundred to about two thousand). Make sure you research it well, as it's a permanent surgery (as in, there's no going back). You may experience pain (especially during erections) for the first few weeks, and sex and masturbation should be avoided for a month.
