First of all why are there girls in mens health?? In extreme cases you can rupture a testicle, which is very rare. It takes about 110 pounds of force to do this, which would be like a sledgehammer. Testicles are actually very resilient, they're f-ing sensitive, but they can take a beating. You can get testicular torsion where the spermatic cord (cord that connects your testicle to your body) twists around the other. From the right angle it could happen. Its extremely painful. Its like getting kicked over and over and over. You'd know it if it happened... You would need immediate emergency medical care. If you try to be a tough guy and dont get there in time you CAN lose a testicle. I dont want to freak you out, but these things CAN happen if your not careful. PROTECT THE JEWELS. Especially around girls. They treat it like a punching bag!!
