the first thing I would do is to check if it is a limited company and has there reg number displayed on their website.
I would also look to see if they have a address and telephone number listed on there site.
And prob most important make sure they do not sell generic medication, you should be able to call them and find out.

It is unwise to by any drugs online as they are not regulated by any authority. I would not take a chance of risking my life by buying prescription drugs on line for the sake of a visit to the doctors.
It has been mooted that viagra is to be deregulated but as yet this is just talk.

Actually i would actually recommend that you go to a doctor for your prescription, it's not as embarrassing as you think and doctors see this quite often. That's because Viagra can have side-effects, the most common is low blood pressure, which have killed a few people who used it together with drugs like nitrates (which also lower blood pressure). The docs will know whether it's safe for you to take Viagra or not.
I don't know, sometimes I have heard that they sell fake drugs online, but also the local newstation here did a story about a boy who died because he was taking percocet he bought online without a prescription and that is a narcotic.
I think the overseas ones are legal sometimes, whereas the ones in the U.S. would be illegal to buy without an RX and it could even be a police sting operation that could get you arrested for buying without an RX. Overseas, I think you are allowed to bring in a certain amount of drugs that are legal without an RX in that country for your own use only here.
Prescription medicines over the internet can be a dangerous thing to involve yourself with, as there is no certainty that the medicine is safe.
A safer alternative is to either over the counter situation as at least you can ask the pharmacist/chemist

Viagra itself can have side effects, so i would not advise its use, even if it is a one off. If viagra is prescribed to you by your doctor, then it is rationed so your body does not become too tolerant to the drug, lessening the effect.
