baby your perfectly normal. I think your totally hot of course. your weight is perfect and if anything I think you should put on some lbs not take any off.l and you lift because thats something you like to do. I like it that your strong and if you want to keep lifting thats fine with me. do whatever you want, so long as your happy.

137-110 is a huge difference I think you are good where you are at don't over do it at 14..

Prolly because you are obsessed with yourself and your appearance. Instead, why don't you try helping the poor a la Mother Theresa, or volunteering at a homeless shelter? That will help you focus on others instead of how great your bod looks.

he is jus goin by a chart prolly... your weight sounds fine. esp if its jus 3% fat. jus cut down a lil on the weights. for health reasons.

First of all, if you are 6 foot and only weigh 137, you are skinny, not muscular. If you're truly all muscle, you could weigh more like 180 or 190. And your doctor must be insane for telling you to go down to 110. I'm 6'1 and I weigh 230 and I'm pretty muscular. I can't imagine dropping 120 pounds. Don't listen to your doctor. Working out is healthy, but like anything, too much of it can be harming. You're still going to grow more, a lot more, especially if you're already 6ft at age 14. Good luck man....make sure to keep your protein intake high.

If you are going to use your body for extreme sports, and extreme exercising, then you should be seeing a sports doctor who could give you the best advice. But I think that the doctor is right in wanting you to do this in moderation, you already sound like you are doing fine, you don't have to try to be a physical god at the age of 14, your body will continue to change for the next few years and you should be thinking about letting it grow in a natural way.

you are always working out so you can come on here and tell people how amazing you look and how low you body fat is! No, just kidding, when I was 14 -18 I worked out like mad, everyday. I did it because I enjoyed doing and that was it. It will also help you later on if you end up with a physical job. Keep it up.

theres nothing wrong with you working out... just dont over do it life is too short so dont over work your body ....eat healthy and enjoy life too the fullest you only have one ........

Lay off the cheeseburgers tubby.

your a health fanatic :)
i wish i was...

and if your only 14, you look better than most 14 year old boys where i live...half of them are overweight so be glad you have a healthier body than most ^^

but your fine where your at....dont risk your health for what a doctor says...technically your weight is healthy for you if your body can handle it :) so reallly there isnt any weight limit for any age group
