Question: I was at work and needed to go into the men's restroom to get paper towels. I knocked on the door and no one answered , so I went in. There was a man standing over the sink, with his pants to the ground masterbating. He looked at me and calmly said that he needed a minute, but did not stop. I ran out. My question is: is this normal? Do men masterbate at work, other than this man of course? Not even in a stall, just over the sink? I mentioned this to some people, and surprisingly no one was as surprised as I thought that they would be.

Well, I have never seen a guy standing in a public restroom at the sink masterbating, that is a little too public. I know some guys do go in the stalls and masterbate, most guys do some time or other. But out there, in plain view-this guy has an ego or a exhibitionist problem, it would have embarrassed most men walking in on him too.
if you enjoy masturbating that much you probably would do it and its natural you should just act normal to him and join him :p

There's a time and a place for everything. I never had that much idle time at any job. I would have to answer no, that's not normal. It would be an interesting way to earn a paycheck.
My husband admitted that he has done it, but he used a stall. I was disgusted and disappointed with him. Good grief! Couldn't even wait a few hours to make me an offer when he got home. Also, a place of business is NEVER an appropriate place to do it. Very unprofessional.
