Question: i'm pretty sure its blue balls and not torsion cause i looked it up on wikipedia and i got it the way they said u get it ("prolonged sexual arousal", yep thats it) and i have the symptoms they said. cause i was jerking off for like, 3 hours and didn't c*m cause i had something to do. then later i did and it there was a HUGE crapload of , well, u know.
well apparently lying down, taking a cold shower, and antihistimines can help (idk about the antihistimines)

I don't think its blue balls dude, you get that from when you're excited and don't ejaculate at all, I think what you got is the pains from overworked testicles. don't jerk off so frequently and the next time you do, you should do it when you are relaxed and have nothing on your mind cause 3 hours is an awful lot of time for someone alone, i understand if you had a girl with you or something. hope my advice helps
