I usually pull the skin back. While I can urinate just fine without pulling the foreskin back (it doesn't splatter or dribble or anything), I personally like to have it pulled back. It prevents remaining urine from collecting under the foreskin, which can sometimes create a somewhat unpleasant smell. Pulling the foreskin largely prevents that. It's no big deal.

yes.and shake it goood

Yes,I was cut just recently when having sex you should pull the skin back when putting on a condom and when you urinate you should also pull it back, if you don't you might "miss" the toilette

Well, you could if you'd want. Whenever I do, it shoots out really far, so I just have the foreskin there. It doesn't go behind the glans or anything. The pressure of the urine coming out naturally pulls the foreskin back just enough so it can exit. Just make sure you use a piece of toilet paper to dab the tip of your penis off to get rid of the urine...otherwise it'll leave a bad odor later.

I don't, but that's because I have a medium length foreskin, and it doesn't get in the way of the stream. If my foreskin were any longer I'd probably pull it back.

I'd say most foreskins leave enough of an opening for the stream of urine to pass without problem (I don't need to pull mine) but when I grab my penis the skin automatically pulls back a little. Nothing too unusual, and then just give it a little shake in the end like most every guy does.

Some do, some don't. You don't have to. It doesn't dribble just because there's a foreskin there, and they can shake or wipe to clean just like any other guy or girl.
