Getting some muscle , 6 pack and upper arm?!


Question: If i do a minmum of 150 sit-up and at least 40 push ups a day how long till i see results.

Im 18. 5'-11" about 145lbs

I have muscle just trying to help it grow at home

If you are loading the right number of reps, and you are resting muscles between exercise sessions, you'll see them grow. Muscle grows while you are at rest - exercise breaks down the muscle fibers. That's why it's important to exercise different muscle groups on successive days.

The abs are a different issue. Yes, you can exercise them with crunches, but you won't see them until your body fat index is below 6%. Some people just can't get their fat content that low, so you may have improved them, but you won't get to see them.

if you eat well 2.5 ~ 3 hours before exercise, youll see the results in 1 month for upper arm and 5+ months on 6 packs.
