I'm a teenager and I'm close to 180 pounds how should I lose weigh? I re!


Question: The best way to lose weight is doing cardio, NOT lifting weights. Do something that gets you moving, like running on the treadmill or something physically strenuous. For me, I take Krav Maga, and that's REALLY strenuous...especially because I'm 15 (decently strong) with all these older guys. Then they punch the bag and I go flying half way across the room 0_0 it's hard, but fun...except when you have to hold the pad and have to take a full on open palm strike...ouch. That hurts.

So just do some cardio. That's the best way to lose fat. And watch what you eat. Don't eat burgers or french fries or drink coke often. It's okay every so often, but not everyday. Eat mainly sandwiches with WHEAT bread, fruits, veggies. Y'know, the stuff they tell you to eat on the Food Pyramid :D

Well eat healthy like salads and try to stay away from bread butter and things like that. Also try little things like running or work out at home. EX push ups sit ups anything to get you blood flowing. When blood flows faster the more calories you burn. The more calories you burn the more weight you will loose.

First, Excerise. If you can get used to excerising on a daily basis, then you can do it like if its a normal part of your day. Second, to lose weight at home, get a bucket or some sort a spit in the bucket when you have saliva in your mouth. This my not seem to do much, but in fact, helps you to lose 2-3 pounds a day. Third, Eat healthly. Today, there is a varity of choices, so finding what you want should be easy. Also, keep a food diary of what your eating, as it well help you keep track. Put these three things in your life and it should be easy.

Get into exercising and make a real effort to change your eating habits for the better. It does take effort, but you will see results if you keep with it.
