well ive had it from yellow, white, grayish, to almost clear , i agree its to do with the diet and genral health of the guy , i think the helthiest would be the clear to white range ,, and it does have a better taste too

it's just dependent on your diet. no big difference. sometimes, it could even be yellow! or chunky, etc.
