Question: Do guys think about like having kids and what they would want to name them and how many they would want ? I mean I know girls think about stuff like that , but do guys do that too ? And if so plz tell how many you would want , what you would want to name them , I just have to know ....cuz I already asked this Question , but only girls answered and I wanted guy's opions not girls ...so I put this Q in men's health think and hoping some guys will answer this for me ! I never thought about having children until I was in a position to be able to support them (like a job career). When I met kids among my friends I didn't think much about wanting my own. Once I got married and had a career then the excitement of having children was there. I have two now and miss the baby part of their lives :(
I think it depends on the guy. For me who grew up in a household with 3 siblings and a mom and dad that were always there I have developed strong family values. I think about having a family of my own someday soon. I dont think that its on my mind as often as my fiancee's.
I bet guys that grew up in a broken household or with no siblings probably on average think less about having a family.
I thought of this one last night Connery call him Connor.
I already have a two year old daughter. And yes before I had her, I did used to think about it.

Growing guys generally don't think about kids and family till a lot later than a female would. I never and my friends never talked about kids or family. Stereo typically most guys don't talkabout babies or kids only a few would but none that I new talked about families and the future

well my opinion is if you still want to party then obviosly your not going to be ready for kids. but most guys plan before having children, i have two because at the time i was getting started on my carreer and feeding my wife,myself and two children was culture shock trying adjust and modify our budget.if it were up to me i would have at least four and their names would be totally up to my wife and i maybe Buford, melvin,Gertrudeand annie (just Joking)
I can only speak for myself but I hardly ever think about it unless a woman brings it up. I only think of names in the sense of what if you named your daughter Cherries Jubilee would she have to be a stripper or porn actress?
Sometimes when I have too many chores around the house I wish I had a couple of kids...ah well. I have my freedom.

well, now that I'm gettin older and into serious relationships, I've been thinkin about it more and more, but I haven't done anything about it because I don't have a decent job where I can support a family yet. I grew up with 4 brothers and sisters, but I only want 2. the names I like are Ryan and Marissa. my girlfriend has mentioned it, and yes we talk about it, but mostly when she brings it up

for both of my daughters, I thought about a name for them when their mother was about 3 months along. Other than that, why name something that does not exist?
After dealing with my bad (beep) nephew, I don't ever want to have kids, PERIOD!
