Question: Today I found a lump on my scrotum (not on testicles but on the scrotum) It doesn't hurt and i don't know what it is, any ideas. I'm 16 and have not had sex.

Infected hair follicle would be my first guess.
When I first got with my now ex husband he had a lump too, it turned out it was a wart. It's really uncommon to just get one though and not a cluster.

If its on the outside of the skin its probably no big deal. If its on the inside of the skin have it checked out. Have it checked no matter what or where. Again probably no big deal but tell your mom or dad and have the Dr. look at it.
How large is the lump? It might be a collection of oil in one of the pores (not a zit but collected sebum that starts to collect). I don't know what to tell you other than ask a doctor about it. You never know (and we definitely don't) what it might be, or if it might be something dangerous.
you probably have a hair follicle inflamed. It should go away soon. you might want to put a little bit of neosporin on it.

Maybe one of your testes are bigger than the other so it gives you the illusion that there's a 'lump'. Try masturbating to release some sperm to 'even' out the shape of your scrotum.
