11 year old should not be using answers until 13. That is their rules. An 11 year old is first learning to use a tape measure. . There will plenty of time for sex related things later in life. Stop acting like a grown up.

According to medical doctors (who done research) say that is normal size for any man... You see a little more growth in your penis around 16, but in your case I think you will maybe grow in thickest.
At your age mine was small around 4" maybe 1 1/2 in. thick
Then at 16 or 17 it grew to 6 1/4 x 2 1/2" and at my age now that is what it is...

Since you are 15, you'd know by now that girth is measured around not across and you wouldn't be sharing that info with your friend.
Average adult is 5.1 to 6.2 inches. Average girth (that's measured around) is 4.5 to 5.5 inches. Puberty ends between 16 and 21. Let's hope you are done developing as you wouldn't want to hurt a girl in the future.
