Once a day is about average, especially for teens. As long as you're not experiencing adverse symptoms, or causing yourself undue embarrassment, it's not an issue.
And 14 is too young to be having sex anyway. Don't be in such a hurry; you could ruin your life and hers too, and no fling is worth that.

No it won't do you any harm and in fact it helps you to control yourself sexually. Most young teenage boys are capable of ejaculating 2-3 times a day easily if they want to. Remember noboby will send you to gaol for wanking unless you do it in public places.
