Question: im 16 and a couple of days ago my penis became very hot( temperature wise of course) around the area of my testicles and the bottom of my penis; it caused me disconfort and it felt excitable most of the time. can anyone point me in a directon about this problem or even a small vague idea im really worried

Maturbate when you feel like this. this is because of sometimes when you eat something having more hot effects in background and not getting enough room to go out of the body by any means then it happens.
just do masturbation once don't do it with dry use some shampoo for this. or some oil and do it slowly other wise it'll screw you and make you more exhaust.
well it could be a rash of some sorts. my best advise would be go see a doctor. they always know best
If in doubt go to the doctor, there is no shame in being careful, you might be a little embarrassed but the doctor wont be (and you can ask for a male doctor)
They can also teach you how to do a testicle check (which every man should do at least every two weeks as catching testicular cancer early means a much greater chance of surviving it)
how about tutoring from your spelling teacher instead ? ?
