Your boyfriend is wrong. While it is true that sperm builds up, and regular ejaculation is healthy, no amount of sperm build up will lead to a wet dream. Wet dreams are caused by any number of thing, one, presumably, being quite horny and focused on having sex.

hes full of it. it doesnt 'build up', ive never had a wet dream, and he does masturbate he just wants sex. wet dreams can really potentially happen to anyone, but odds are not him. it feels like it builds up, but it will subside. and if its that bad, he is fully capable of taking care of it himself.
