I'm too young to have ED, what can help?!

Question: ok, i'm young, 18, and i am having trouble getting an errection and maintaining it.

ok, i have depression, but i heard taking meds could mess with that too.

but anyways it worked fine until recently, after i did it with my partner, the next day i had trouble getting it to work, ussually i could get it to work twice a day, but now suddenly it stopped working right.
is that normal?

any ways to get it working right without meds?

lol. if it worked fine yesterday, then you have nothing wrong with you

You are going to have to learn that sex and masturbation is like eating food, among other things.

For instance, i can masturbate 2-3 times a day for the most part. BUT, most of the time after i have SEX, i dont feel horny again for awhile. You know why? Because i got my fill!

Your penis is working fine, it just isnt "hungry". Masturbating can be compared to having a snack, where as sex, for the most part, is like eating a feast. It causes arousal in ALL of your senses, instead of just two with masturbation.

You have to learn your limits with sex. Some men can have sex many times a day, every day of the week. Others only need it a few times a week. Also, if your penis isnt getting hard the next day, then it means you should stay away from masturbation and sex until your "hunger" comes back. If you try to force your body to ejaculate again when you arent ready, then you WILL develop ED.

hello. you probably do NOT have ED, but maybe your emotions are 'taking' so much control of you. good luck, I'm just another 'guy'
