Why is my stomach still fat?!


Question: I am 5'8" and 10 stone 4 pounds in weight. I have been goin to the gym 3-4 days a week for the last 8-9 months. Granted I have lost a lot of weight but my stomach is still carrying sum fat. When i tense up the 6 pack is there. But when I let loose and relax a bulge of fat comes out. Why is that? Will i ever be able to get rid of this? Much appreciated :)

As the saying goes: The last 5lb are the hardest to lose.

Try adjusting your diet and kicking up the cardio for a couple of weeks.

Also, there is an AB exercise that helps to keep your belly closer to the "flat" or flexed look when relaxed.
-sit in a chair, back straight, and exhale completely and push your belly-button in towards your spine, hold this for 30 seconds. breathe shallow and high up in your lungs, keep the belley sucked in. Work on going longer and longer, like 2 min. Do this about 4 times (sets).
