Yes it is a real condition. I had a young man as a patient who was 20yo and suffered from this condition. I dont know what the triggers were. But I do know that nothing and I mean NOTHING would ease the pain but injections into his "manhood" of a vasodialator. He eventually had to have surg to decrease blood flow to that area.
its real and men do use allot of excuses to do allot of things :)
