the pre-*** shows that your maturing and your already well into puberty cos that doesnt happen before puberty, i wouldnt worry too much about the fluid yet because as you get older it'll get thicker, also dont masturbate every day and maybe leave it a few days to thicken up a bit -i heard from a male best friend that should help but give it time is the main thing, your still young

No, it's not something to worry about. When I was 13 I could jack off, and nothing came out, but I had a sensation that was so awesome. The sperm did'nt really start squirting out till I was 15, but it depends on your sperm production, it could still be unable to come out as white yet. Don't worry, one day you'll get that warm runny white stuff all over your belly.
