First time shaving face. Help?!
Question: So I am 16 and I will be shaving for the first time today with a Gillette Fusion razor and shaving cream. I already have some hair because I shaved once before with only soap. How can I get a really close shave? Which direction?

Soak your face in the hot shower.
Use Gel shaving cream. Leave it on for a minute or two before starting.
Don't push hard.
Start at the sideburns and work downwards and around the from the other side, don't do the neck yet.
Always make sure you are using a clean shaver by running it under warm-hot water.
Lift your chin and finish your neck from down to up. Afterwards put a little bit more Gel on your face and do it over again down to up. (lightly) let the shaver do the work quick down to up movements.
Wash your face with warm hot water and see if you did you did a good job.

Opposite to the way the hair grows, upwards for the chin and sideways for the cheeks
also try the king of shaves tea tree oil, (no gel or foam) you get a really close shave.
For really sensitive skin I find shaving with a moisturizer instead of foam and gel works really well.
