Question: When I ejaculate, some of the semen gets clogged in the urethra and I have to squeeze it out after ejaculation. Also, I believe my urine stream is weaker than normal. What could this be?

I am no doctor but that is not normal. The pressure that you are suppose to have is not there. Their may be something wrong with your prostate. I'm not a doctor but if I were you I'd go see one!
