Will give BEST ANSWER....need help plz?!


Question: I lift weights....and yesterday I got a groin pain....just above the abdomen where the pubic hair begins to grow....I just hope it's not hernia...cause I know there's supposed to be a bulge....any ways..have I pulled a groin muscle some where?...I'm sensing pain.......not a lot...but eneough to tell me some thing is wrong....all weight lifting has been stopped......I really dont wanna see a doctor....I'm a super insecure 23 yr old male.....but i wanna know from guys who've experienced this before....it's a mild pain...if I shift my weight to my right leg...I get some pain....plz help..will this go away on it's own????I will go to the doc ONLY if it pains for more than a week....so far it's night 2....

If your going to train, then you need to have a doctor that you can trust to answer these questions. In training, you will do things wrong from time to time. A good relationship with a good doctor, goes hand in hand. Just because you have ceased doesn't mean that the ailment will automatically heal itself. You could actually do more harm by ignoring it and hoping that it will go away. I have worked out for years so take it from experience, let a pro tell you about the inside of your body. Don't take the chance of being wrong.

sounds like you pulled a muscle. Just relax for a while and it should go away on its own.

i am going 2 say u pulled a lower abb muscle....i have done it before so bad that i couldn't get out of bed the next morning....rest,relax and give it 48 hours...a hernia doesn't show that fast....good luck...take some ibprofrin or better tet some alieve

yea dude ive had that before..just wait about a week and a half and it should get better..if not..see a doctor

Yeah, Bro. this happened too me, it truly sux dont lift weights for at least 3-4 weeks. because even if you dont feel it anymore it is healing and you may do more damage.

just relax your muscles,
dont do anymore weight lifting
until the pain is gone.
sounds like you pulled a muscle
you should be fine, but if it
persist for more than like 4-5days
i would go see a doctor about it,
even if you don't want to.

There are these....... things...They're called ...commas.............they ......make reading elongated ............sentences a lot....easier....Or.............you can..... use periods............at the end of sentences ......and by "use periods".......I mean............ ONE period..................................... ...seven

you should stretch it daily it will heal faster
