Lower leg injuries??? Please help!?!

Question: Two weeks ago I pulled my right groin muscle at a practice. I thought that it had gotten better after two days because it didn't hurt any longer, but when I tried to play in my rugby game it started to hurt again. I ended up not playing so as to not injure the muscle further, but my quadricep started to hurt also.

A week after that, after applying ice and heat, my groin felt fine but my quadricep was questionable. So I played in my team's game for about 20 minutes and during that time my ankles started bothering me as well as my quadricep.

The day after that I had a soccer game and in that game not only were my quadriceps hurting, but also my ankles partially and also my shins.

Can someone please help me because it seems like my injuries are spreading through my legs. And saying "Stop playing rugby" is not the answer that I'm looking for. Thanks.

i would say stretch your legs real good before and after you play. maybe try some easy yoga posses a few time a week.
yoga works wonders for everybody and at all or any age.
