What kinda rash could this be?!
Question: my husband has weird rash that starts on the top of his thigh and goes onto his groin and even on his testicles..could this be a heat rash?
it has a dark red outlining it and pink red and it looks almost burned.
if it is a heat rash what could he put on it to help take away some of the pain?

its fungal.
try anti fungal cream
or ti tree based cream.
persist with cream for about a week, even if symptoms lessen.
perfectly normal rash, very common.
