Answers: my boyfriends testicles are sometimes scrunched up and sometimes hang... when they are scrunched up does it mean he is turned off?... what does it mean when the are scrunched up/hanging?

it has nothing to do with sex.

testes need to be a certain temperature. when its hot they hang down, when its cold they cuddle up.

no. its just a body function. it usually has to do with body tempature.

it means how hot it is outside and in his body.

They usually scrunch up when we have a hard-on. That is normal.

I agree with Zwink. Just think about the temperature outside or in the place when the testes were drawn up or hanging down. Hope this help.

Whether his body temperature is cold or warm.

Lots of different reasons. The testicles draw up to the abdomin just before ejaculation but they also do at other times without reason.

When a man is sexually aroused (turned on) the penis is hard (hard on or erection) and it stands straight up in the air with the testicles scrunched up close to the penis. When a man is not aroused (turned off) the penis is soft and hangs pointing downward and testicles are also soft and hang down. The testicles hang down away from the body so that sperm can be created. The body temperature is too hot and that is why a mans testicles hang down away from the body because they need cooler temperatures to survive. The normal body temperature (98.6 degrees) is too hot for sperm. Thus they hang away from the fire so to speak. They need cooler temperatures in order to survive.
