The first time I had a checkup for my prostate, not only did I get a hard-on, when the doctor put his finger up my a ss and massaged my prostate, it was such a shock that I pissed all over the wall, talk about being embarrassed.....

I had it once when my doctor was a nice attractive woman, she was checking my genitals and I couldn't help it...... I had perverted thoughts and got an erection, I felt embarrassed and started turning red, She just smiled and told me it's okay, that it's not the 1st time it's happened to her.
Only once, the doctor was a hot chick though.

Hasn't quite happened to me.... should I say.. it nearly happened to me (I think I went to get my eyesight checked) or something.. not sure what she was actually up to there... but anyway... it isn't uncommon.

But no - had those bits played with by a few docs and no, it really doesn't do much when you're standing there in a freezing cold surgery. Plus the fact that they were always guys doing it.
