Blood with semen usually isn't serious. Blood with urine is far more serious. If you have any burning when you urinate, or any blood after urinating, by all means, get your parents to take you to a doctor. That would indicate some kind of urinary tract infection. (I used to get one every time I got dehydrated.)
If you continue to have blood in your semen, or if there is any pain associated with ejaculation, then you should see a doctor.
Tell your mom that when you urinated Blood came out and she should scheduled a Dr app Asap.
