I doubt it...unless it's completely fat, workout a bit if you're not happy with your body.

just a little... maybe by 10-15 lbs. if its muscle, then no, if its fat, then yes. dont worry, cardio exercises help loose the extra pounds, and weights help tone.

im 5"10 and weigh 158... want to get down to 145-150.
