Is more creatine needed with naNO Vapor?!


Question: Over the past couple months, I've been taking Gakic, Leukic, naNO Vapor, and whey protein -- (loving the results, so far) -- but I was wondering if I should look into getting a separate creatine source to boost things a bit.. or does naNO Vapor have enough in it to get the job done?
I've used Cell-Tech Hardcore in the past.. but recently I've been looking into BSN Cellmass as a possible addition. Any suggestions?

Yes more creatine is needed with NaNo Vapor alone, doesn't matter if there's like 4 different kinds of creatinine they will all be in lower consentrates thanks to the insane amino profile of Vapor. HOWEVER, check on Gakic and Leukic. IIRC Gakic has a pretty good dose of creatine but CHECK, as I don't take those supplements. I know Leukic is basically a super dose of Leucine (7.5g iirc) and no creatine.

Hope that helps..I've taken Vapor with other creatine products and it worked just fine. Their warnings about stacking certain things with it is highly overrated but that's MuscleTech for yah....

None of the chemicals you have just listed are good for you.

Stick with more naturally enhancing yourself not using chemicals that will unbalance your body and cause you harm later on.

Im not too sure about BSN. But i was looking into naNO Vapor as a supplement and wanted to know if you noticed any results. Do you find yourself able to lift more weights and what not?
