I don't think there's any advantage to having four testicles. If nothing else, I would think that would make things awfully crowded down there. It certainly doesn't make you more of man. Being a real man is based on who you are and how you behave, not what you have. If you haven't already, you should have your urologist exam you to be sure your supernumerary testicles are all healthy.
