Testicles moving independently?!
Question: I have recently noticed this morning when i sat down, my testicles started moving back and forth. Im not sure what this is. note, it was warm in the room.

yeah unlike women we need a very specific temprature in our testicles to be able to produce sperm efficiently. that is why the testicles hang outside the body, so that when it is to hot they can drop down a little more to catch the breeze =P and when it is to cold then can jump back up into a warmer spot.

That's the scrotal skin reacting to the temperature. When it's too cold it contracts, when it's hot it relaxes. The individual movement is absolutely normal.
if it's the first time you've noticed it try this [when you are on your own] try to find somewhere cold and have a look at them apart from moving they should pull back into your body to try and keep warm
your scrotum does react to temperatures in a room
your testes are supposed to move up and down depending on the temperature
you sound normal
