My first smoking experience was my last. It was so disgusting!!! I felt like I was going to throw up. Imagine how cool that will be in front of all your friends. Get out a calculator. Multiply the cost of a pack of cigarettes times seven. Then multiply that by four. Then that number by twelve. The total you get is the cost of buying cigarettes for a year. The total I got was around $2000. Can you imagine literally burning up $2000 in a year. I can think of a lot better ways to spend that much money. That is a new computer or a really cool cell phone. It is a down payment on a hot new car. Don't start smoking. You think it is a good way to relax but it will hook you in no time and then you spend the rest of your life smelling like an ash tray and counting the change in your junky car (because you can't afford a nice one, you burned up all the money) to buy another pack of cigarettes that will probably give you cancer. Girls like their guys to smell good. They don't want to kiss an ash tray. Just say no!

I gagged and felt nauseated!

It was disgusting. Don't start.

...Are you serious? With all the Truth adds and stuff these days?

Ugh, oh well. My first experience it made me cough a lot, then it stopped, and then my throat hurt like I had been breathing in it for a while without swallowing. I didn't feel especially calmed down, though admittedly there is somewhat of a calming sensation. Not enought to make me want to keep doing it.

well i was bored one-day, so i got a cigarette and whilst my dad was out, i went under the house and smoked it! lol
it was yuk, it made my mouth dry and tasted horible, and i was mega thirsty. and it made my arms twitchy, and my hands shake.

are you talking about tobacco or marijuana?

I don't recommend trying tobacco, it is the most addictive drug out there. quiting is very hard, i know first had.

are you talking about cigarettes? sounds like it

cigs are harsh and take getting used to. smoking pot from a bong is pretty easy on your lungs but cigs will burn

my first experience i didn't know how to inhale. so it didn't hurt and i got no head buzz

it really doesn't hurt at all to try smoking just once. just don't get addicted man.

I didn't want to but my friends kept bugging me to try it. I only took one puff and hated it! I think I was 13 or 14. The only time I can enjoy smoking is when I'm really drunk. Any other time it just tastes disgusting!

whats the point of giving something a try thats dangerous, harmful and just plain old bad for you?
it feels like cancer. in your throat, lungs and heart. rotted teeth. blood clots in your brain. miscarriages. babies with birth defects, stained fingers, bad breath, loss of taste and bad fitness levels.

still want to try?

Don't do it. Its gross, tastes awful. Yes to the burning chest.
Didn't feel dizzy or nauseus just really grossed out, brushed
my teeth and I could still taste it, yuk. Plus you have to
worry about getting cancer if you keep doing it. My advice
don't do it.

Go for it...yup, it does make you feel sick, dizzy, stink, your lungs ache and your wallet is always empty...oh, and when a non smoker kisses you it tastes like sticking their tongue in an ashtray. But that's not a problem, as you'll die earlier, so don't need to worry for as long. Straight up...think of other ways to "ease your stress"! Smoking only increases stress...ask my mate, dying of lung cancer at this very moment, in his early fifties, leaving a young family behind. Oh yeah, no stress there...

I coughed (Y)

It burnt the hell out of my throat. You never forget it. However, it didn't put me off smoking. Don't take the habit up.

My parents were hard core smokers, so I have been second hand smoking since i was a baby. My first cigarette, I didnt get dizzy or nauseus. The heat from the smoke was something to get used to. Your throat is sensitive to it at first, but that goes away quickly.
Dont smoke, its really bad for you. It will relax you, but also it will stress you out when you "need" a smoke, and cant get one then. the biggest problem, besides the medical issues, is the addiction. It is not fake, made up, or a joke. It is real.

My gf has always smoked and all my mates smoke so I guess i've gotten used to smoking aswell... My first smoke was actually a few weeks ago... My mate gave me one so i'm like ahh wtf might as well try it... It wasn't bad... made my voice a bit hazey though... But yeah it was good execpt the hazey voice ****... that was annoying.

It was in the college days that the first puff gave me a terrific hick-up.

Your throat burns (in a good way, it stops after you quit smoking the cigarette's)

If you feel dizzy and nauseous your inhaling too much and these are symtemps of nicotine overdose (very unlikely to be fatal, but of course possible)

Nicotine in cigarette's is like alcohol, a little will relax you and calm you but too much will make you sick like alcohol.

I smoked for about 10 years, and quit close to 2 years ago. Don't start. It is a filthy and expensive habit, and very addictive. There are better ways to relax. Lung cacer is a horrible way to die.

My first experience of the day was 5 minutes ago, felt great ready for another now and a cup of coffee, been smoking for about 18 years nearly but I would advise against doing it cause it is expensive unless you have a supply of duty free like me. I have also been told it is bad for your health! not sure if this is true but Hey I like it.

alot of people are saying that they felt dizzy and stuff. i didnt feel like anything just i felt warm when i took a puff out of the cigarette. i was 11 when i started smoking and i still am now, i am fourteen now, if your considering starting dont. it makes you so unhealthy and its puts you in alot of debt, basically your paying to kill yourself. dont start.

ugh please don't start smoking. answering your question.. you will not like smoking the first few times you smoke. you'll cough gag and get a head rush. it won't make you relax at all. nicotine is like caffeine. and it's very addictive and how are you gonna relax when you have to keep having to get up to smoke? stupid stupid stupid don't make the same mistake as me.

The first time I smoked a cigarette was on a camping trip when I was 8 years old with my friends. And we smoked an entire pack down that whole night. We were SOOOOOOO dizzy and nauseated and our head hurt BADLY!! But after picking it up again 12 yrs later smoking is like heaven, cant get enough of it!
