If you have access to a microscope, put some fresh semen on a microscope slide, drop a cover slip on it, and look at the sperm. If they are mostly moving and making progress with their swimming motions, then I would stop worrying.
Injuries to the testes usually don't cause sterility. Remember, you have two of them, and it is unusual for both to be injured at the same time. Also, the testicles are well-protected by having a relatively thick and protective outside layer.
Masturbating does not cause sterility. If it did, we wouldn't be communicating about this question or any other here in Answers!
