About adolescence and facial changes (male)?!
Question: Question Details: Some people think adolescence is the time where girls are most pretty.
But that is no my problem, i am a male (14.5 years old) and i get called ugly like everyday and im sick of it.
I was a pretty attractive kid when i was in year 6.
But since im in grade 9 now (boys only school) other boys call me ugly.
I want to know one thing:
Will i get "the looks" hopely soon?
I also have mild-severe acne (may be the problem)
also i dont find myself attractive these days.

Nobody ever really gets "the looks" as you so put it. By age 14.5 your body is still developing its own look. Acne usually disappears by about 17/18.
You also can't expect other people to find you attractive if you have low self esteem. Learn to like yourself and not care so much about what you look like and people will learn to look past your face and appreciate who you are.
As for the other boys: being a guy you should know that guys care more about looks than girls right? The most likely reason that they call you 'ugly' could be because they want to make themselves feel better. My advice remains the same: learn to ignore the comments and stop worrying about how you look. Because one day when you meet someone they are going to fall in love with your personality. Not your physical appearance.
Well to be honest you seem like a nice guy and many girls go for personality more than looks
Anywho, your a teenager, if you keep suing facial washes and such like, you will grow out of spots and acne. By the time you are in your late teens, you are most likely to lose the spots.

Williams..its all about ur sense of humour. Girls love it. Just development a good humour..and girls will go 4 u. This is my personal experience and i m black with white gf :)
alright honestly......they are bein kinda gay for actually judging another guy but whatever just go to your dermatologist(skin doctor) and get an acne medication(im in 9th grade too and last year i had horrible acne but i got a perscription and my skin is totally clear)
