Question: Im uncircumcised, i may not be soon. the tip of my penis is red and enflamed. it doesn't hurt itch or bother me in any way besides appearance for that matter. I was wondering if there was something i could do to make the redness around the slit of my penis go away.

Try washing that bad boy more often......
You may have an allergy to the soap that was used to wash your underwear, or the bleach, or the underwear wasn't rinsed thorough enough during washing.
Something in your diet.....too much soda pop, etc.
Drink MORE water to flush your system.....too strong of urine can irritate the bad boy........
Try drinking a glass of cranberry juice for a few days too.....or regularly......
Check with a urologist or a dermatologist

That is normal for uncircumcised males the Extra skin easily irritates the Head of your penis. Still if you would like to see your doctor.
Maybe for guys who are uncut they have to clean around there good or its just the soap, etc.
Sounds normal. The head is sensitive and protected under the skin, and often red or purple. If it doesn't bother you, you're fine.
