Are you taking any medication? Some medications can cause this phenomenon to occur. Also, you might want to see an endocrinologist because you might have high estrogen levels in your blood (not to be offensive or anything) and your hormones are out of balance.

Another thing, pay attention to your community. Do you live by a river. Where is your beef coming from? Where is your fish coming from. Pay attention to what you eat and where it comes from. Many pesticides, preservatives etc have endocrine mimicking effects and find it's way to rivers and fertilizers which usually end up into livestock or fish. These endocrine mimicking effects can have signalling properties mimicking certain hormones within our bodies (ie estrogen) which can lead to your "man boobs."

are you on any type of medication or drug?

maybe you were born with an imbalance and need testosterone to fix it.

go to a doctor.

You will either have a liver disease from either a viral infection of the liver, from heavy drinking, high fat intake or taking high doses of drugs.

Another cause could be a primary androgen problem with the pituitary gland or the testes.

Go to the doctor to get your hormone levels checked.

exercise and lift weights

are you taking soya protien shake
if so you should stop it
it causes harmonal imbalance.....

It happens with age or too much exercising.
