Women care more about the guy's personality or even his body in general, instead of whether he has a foreskin or not. Yes, most prefer a guy with all his dick, except in the USA and some religions where they like it cut off. But really you can't change what you've got (unless you look into foreskin restoration, which isn't the same as a real one) and it wasn't your choice presumably, so don't worry about it, a girl shouldn't reject you based on that, if they do then move on. There is evidence that a penis with foreskin gives more pleasure to the woman during sex but don't worry about that because there is more to sex than foreskin or not so work on being kind to the woman and making sex good and don't worry that you don't have a foreskin.
