It's normal that one testicle is bigger than the other. The right one is usually bigger than the left one. If it begins hurting again, check it out with your doctor. Otherwise, you have nothing to worry about.

Well maybe your balls are growing and that one is growing faster. A lot of people have one nut bigger than the other it's normal. If by bigger you mean really lumpy then get it checked by the doctor.
