Is it normal for a guy to wake up with an errection almost every morning?!

Question: I don't mean a boy during puberty, but a guy of average age, middle 20's.
How many of you guys have this happen?

This is the true scoop: It's normal and no it has nothing to do with piss. During the night all of us guys get raging erections especially during REM sleep. A lot of times we will have wet dreams without getting to the "wet" part. (If you ever see a t.v. news article where they film a guy during sleep for some kind of study or something you can see his tent pole a lot of times). Also, our testosterone is highest in the morning. So then, we wake up with a hard-on.

Now, after a night's sleep of around 8 hours or so, everybody (male or female) usually has to urinate. That's how some misinformed people started calling it a piss hard-on and think that it is the urine that has to do with it. It's just that both things are happening at the same time. It's why you can't pee while your having sex. The one has nothing to do with the other and you can even ejaculate despite having to pee.

My wife finds it very handy, indeed. When she comes out of the shower she hangs her towel on it. Oh...and a word from experience: make sure your pajama fly is definitely closed or your sister(s) will have a laugh for the rest of their lives

Absolutely, that's why we call it the Morning Glory !

Pretty much

AHHH, morning wood. what a beautiful part of nature

Yes, it's very normal for a man to do that its not their fault but its because when you sleep you move around and as you know when you move around alot in bed it sorta referes to sex giving aboutt 85% of men in the world erections when they awaken.

Erections are caused by various events: body heat, anxiety, and just hormones. If a man was to sleep next to a woman over night, then he would probably wake up erect due to the body heat. If he gets anxious, blood flows quickly throughout the body causing it to become erect, and the other of course is hormones, however, there are many other circumstance that could cause this, but overall... yes its pretty normal.

Yes, I wake up every morning with an erection and I am almost twice that age.
It lets me know I am still alive.
If you don
