There is no set age for puberty, but as an average, it is around 13/14 for boys. Obviously there will be cases (like yours) where puberty has hit earlier than others. As an easy, understandable explanation, when you reach puberty, you get a surge of hormones which change boys and girls bodys into what they become when they grow up. For boys, its usually bodily hair (like yours), balls dropping, definition of muscle groups, and your voice dropping. For girls, its breasts growing, the female reproductive system working in readiness for sexual reproduction, periods (blood and womb wall coming out from the womans vagina), and bodily hair.
Do not worry about it, there are others like you, you are an early bloomer. Hey, when you grow up, girls will be all over you, because of your impressive body hair. :)
No it is not, if this is mature, dark hair, unlike the hair you have everywhere else on your body which is pale and almost invisible.
Puberty follows a series of approximate orders, but getting mature hair is certainly not the first. It will not have happened at age 10 unless you have ahormone imbalance, which can oftern be corrected with medical help.
