Well bumps don't mean a whole lot. What other symptoms are you having? Pain, swelling, itching, rash, puss, burning sensations?
If you are having any of those symtoms and they have been persisting for more than 3 days, you should probably see a doctor.

They could be a lot of things. They could be genital warts or herpes upon many others.
