Tie your hands until you have learned how to control yourself.
Having sex on a regular basis is the only way I have been able to keep my hand off of my self. You need some sort of relief. It is not a bad thing to masturbate. Having unprotected sex would be a far worse thing to do. Masturbation is the safest sex anyone can have.
