Question: I am 13 years old, and i masturbaite around 2-3 times per day. what is the normal rate because my friends always talk about it but not in a gay way or anything... i just want to no if its normal. i also want to know why my scrotum seems to be very saggy at some times, even at room temprature, because this would make me embarrassed in the future :(

It's okay, during the school week, I do before showering in the morning, and before bed at night, on weekends I do at will. Though 2-5 is my usual range, and I'm 16, so I am within your age range.
The scrotum can sag, as well as be uneven, it's normal, as sperm can't handle our body heat and has to be about 4 degrees below our core body temp.
Oh, by the way, there's nothing homosexual about boys talking about penises, unless your discussions involve handling another boy's dick, then I might question it, though it's cool to be gay, or go both ways (that's lots of fun, btw).
Your scrotum adapts to the room's temp. If it's cold, it will shrivel so it can warm up. If the room is very warm, it will really sag to cool down.
As for masturbating, at your age once or twice a day I think is common. However, everybody is different.
Your scrotum needs to keep your testicles at about three or four degrees cooler than body temperature, so it sags or contracts accordingly.
2-3 times a day is excessive
There's no magic amount, 2-3 times is fine, not enough for me but plenty for others. Your testicles sag becuase of change sin temperature, what you are thinking & how recently you have ejaculated. Dont worry about it, its all good.

I don't think that there is a normal amount of times a person masturbates as every one is different. But 2-3 times a day, 7 days a week is a little excessive....but you will taper off and do it less as you get more mature. Your hormons are just RAGING right now.
As for your balls, it is normal that the sag, no reason to be embarased at any time about this.
