You might have heard this before but drink milk. You can not take anything to make yourself taller because it is based on your genes. If you drink milk the most you will grow is a inch, and in order to grow that one inch you shouldn't drink soda, coffee, etc because it is sending a message to tell you body to stop growing (the opposite of what milk does) Good Luck though :]
