Where can I find underwear that will fit me?!

Question: I have a problem with trying to find underwear that fits me. I'm 14, turning 15 in April, and really skinny. If I get jeans or shorts or anything, it has to me a small or a size 28 waist, and I still need a belt or they'll fall off. I have to get kids underwear (Hanes Boxer Briefs Large 26-28") that'll stay on. But then everything gets scrunched up in the smallness of the underwear. I went to TJMaxx and got a a box of Chereskin Low Rise Sport Briefs (Size S, 28-30"), and wearing them is like wearing Boxers they're so free. I've looked for adult underwear in smaller sizes, but I can't find any. Where do you get your underwear and where have you seen smaller sizes available? I've seen brands like Jockey and C-IN2 at Macy's, but didn't remember to look at sizes. I like to wear boxer briefs mostly, briefs sometimes, and I don't like boxers because they don't have enough support.

First off, tell your parents, they would know better than anyone on the internet.

Try looking at something called compression shorts, they are basically the same as boxer briefs, but are made to fit snugger and hold things in place for athletes. Under armour has them and they are comfortable, and stretchy if you by to small
